Assessments & Support Sessions for Church Leadership

ACCFS offers a variety of assessments and/or support sessions for individuals, you and your spouse, or your minister team. Understanding your personality as well as how you react to, and approach circumstances can help you learn your tendencies and how to relate to others. Prepare Enrich

Couples gain a deeper understanding of dynamics, personality, stress and strength and growth areas. This assessment addresses areas including Communication, Conflict Resolution, Partner Style & Habits, Financial Management, Leisure Activities, Sexual Relationship, Family & Friends, Roles & Responsibilities and Spiritual Beliefs.  See an example assessment.
Length of interpretation session: 1 hour

MBTI (Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator)
Discover how you direct and receive situations/people (extraversion/introversion), take in information (sensing/intuition), deciding or coming to conclusions (thinking/feeling) and approaching the outside world (judging/perceiving).  This assessment can be taken individually or assessed with a group.
Length of training for a group: 4 hours

LivStyle
Geared towards non-profits and ministries, this assessment helps guide groups and leadership teams in their personalities, motivators, and tendencies under pressure.  Learn how to build an effective ministry through your strengths and weaknesses. Length of training: 2-4 hours

Crucial Conversations
This training teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering opening dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky-topics. Learn how to speak and be heard. To view the book, click here. This training is best conducted in a group session.
