This 2 hour, in-person session looks at the most common reasons people seek help and the most common barriers they have to seeking help. We discuss the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual model for human beings

This 2 hour, in-person session focuses on what resiliency is and why it is essential for those in the ministry. We learn about risk factors that lower resilience and fuel burnout and how Satan takes advantage of them. We discuss the characteristics of resilient people and how to grow in
Engaging the Congregation
This 2 hour, in-person session looks at interpersonal concepts such as approachability, being good listeners, and letting people know we care. We discuss ways to encourage good relationships and interactions with the entire congregation. We share common (mis)perceptions which people can have concerning the pulpit and what ministers can do
