Determining where a person is at in the battle for sexual purity can be difficult to discern when working with someone. This questionnaire is a list of questions which can be used to help determine the level of severity of an individual’s sexual purity struggle. It is not intended to be a metric for rigorous diagnosis. The questions are intended to facilitate dialogue on a topic which is difficult to talk about.
