Prayers For Husband & Wife
Prayers for My Wife
Lord, be with my wife today. May she shine You in all she does, according to Thy Word.
- May she love the Lord thy God with all (her) heart, all (her) soul and all (her) mind. (Matt. 22:37)
- May my wife realize we are created for His workmanship, unto Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained. (Eph. 2:10)
- May she open her mouth with wisdom, her tongue in kindness, looking well to the ways of her household, and may she fear Thee. (Prov. 31:26, 30)
- Encourage her to pray without ceasing (1 Thess. 5:17) so she may live in the Spirit and walk in the Spirit. (Gal. 5:25)
- Allow her to put her trust in the Lord (and she) shall be safe (Prov. 29:25) and to please God. (Gal. 1:10)
- Cause her to delight in the law of the Lord (Psalm 1:2), and open (her) eyes, that (she) may behold wondrous things out of thy law. (Psalm 119:18)
- Help her to run with patience the race that is set before her (Heb. 12:1b) and focus on Christ.
- Inspire her to embrace that her strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. (Psalm 96:6)
