Talking to Your Children About LGBTQ

Brian Sutter

A key principle to keep in mind as we talk with our children about challenging topics is focusing first on what God says about the topic. In the case of sexuality, God has given instruction on how we are to view sexuality and his design for it. As you step into talking with your children about LGBTQ issues, remember to start by framing up what is right, good, and true according to the Bible. Without a foundation of truth, it is difficult to properly discuss deviations from God’s design.
