Why it Matters

For many of us, life is full to the brim. Work, parenting, church involvement, caring for aging parents, and a steady stream of texts and responsibilities leave very little room to slow down. Even good things can crowd every margin until there is almost no space left simply to be with God.

Over time, this pace takes a quiet toll. We feel tired and stretched thin, sometimes even spiritually numb. We love God, but feel distant from him. Prayer can start to feel like going through the motions, and our inner life feels cluttered. Deep down, we sense we are living on fumes and need space to breathe again with God.

Abide Retreat creates that space. It is a gentle invitation to step away, to rest, and to reconnect with the God who loves you.

Who is the Abide Retreat for?

Abide Retreat is for men and women who:

  • Have been giving of themselves in work, family, or ministry and feel tired or stretched thin
  • Love God, but feel distant, depleted, or spiritually ‘on autopilot’
  • Sense a need to step away from the noise and reset their heart in God’s presence
  • Want space to lay their hearts before God and quietly seek his peace and clarity
  • Long to remember again that they are God’s beloved, and to live from that place

The Invitation

Abide Retreat is not about spiritual hype or an information download. It is about stepping out of the noise so you can rest in God, reconnect with him, and be renewed for the life he has given you. If you are feeling tired, scattered, or worn thin, consider this your invitation to step away with Jesus, to rest in his presence, and to return home refreshed.
