Church Vision Facilitation

“From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.“ Eph 4:16

 

Our Church Vision support comes alongside a local church walking through a visioning effort. ACCFS provides facilitation, health surveying, and further resources to assist a church as they consider church health, local focus for ministry efforts, and strategic alignment for engaging its membership in the work of the church. Some of the objectives and commonly desired outcomes of such an effort are listed below.

Objectives

• An engaged, aligned, and equipped leadership in the local church that can discuss and communicate the direction, decisions, and needs of the local church.
• An assessment into the health of the local church in multiple formats to determine areas of strength, opportunities for growth, and areas of needed alignment and inspiration.
• A healthy, transparent, and fair discussion around the health assessment and the local alignment around the ACCA vision, purpose, and mission, giving a chance for the views of all to be heard.
• The drafting, adoption, and clear communication of a unique Church Vision (where applicable), Guiding Principles, and Strategic Plan. This plan will be reviewed and evaluated regularly for relevancy, effectiveness, and engagement.
