Mentor Skills
Scripture abounds with examples of mentoring. A mentor is someone who establishes an intentional relationship with another by sharing experiences, knowledge, wisdom, and God-given resources. By walking alongside each other, a mentoring relationship provides the opportunity for instruction, support, and mutual encouragement as we help each other draw closer to Christ and His Body.
